What is the turn around time from your editing to receive our final product?Our standard turnaround time is 4–6 weeks as outlined in the contract. That said, we always aim to exceed expectations and deliver sooner whenever possible. During the off-season, we may be able to shorten this timeframe, while in peak periods, projects typically require the full 6–8 weeks.
Are there travel fees?Travel fees are already included for; NYC & NJ. Outside of those areas, travel fees may apply. Case by case.
What makes you different?The work I’m most proud of starts with trust. When I slow down and really get to know you — how you interact, what matters to you, the small in-between moments that define your relationship — I can create photographs that feel true to you. Not staged or surface-level, but honest, personal, and built to last.
Is the deposit refundable?The deposit fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred if the event is cancelled, as it secures your date and accounts for the time set aside on your behalf.
Do we need a second shooter?A second photographer isn’t necessary when both partners are getting ready at the same location and the guest count is under 100. That said, I strongly recommend adding one if you’re preparing at separate locations or hosting more than 100 guests, as it allows for fuller coverage of the day.
Can we get unedited images or RAW files?RAW files and unedited images are not delivered at any time, as the finished photographs represent the full scope of the creative and editing process.
